Randall holds both BComm and PMP designations and in addition to his role at Tot Spot, he is currently  helping out an e-commerce company called Orderbot as the head of marketing. He has over 20 years of business experience ranging from product management with Electronic Arts, marketing with Deloitte, and as a digital project manager with Yellow Pencil.

He focuses his energy on the business side of Tot Spot Academy and the majority of his work is done behind the scene and after hours. However, Randall wears many hats and you will occasionally find him covering a shift when necessary, performing building maintenance, taking care of the fleet, or begrudgingly being the head of IT. He won’t admit that taking care of kids can be harder than an office job (even though it really is).

Kaitlyn started with Tot Spot Academy in 2014 when it was operating as a dayhome. She has always loved working with kids and in 2018 she completed her Early Learning and Childcare Certificate to further her knowledge. Kaitlyn is passionate about helping children learn and discover through play. Her favorite part of each day is seeing their smiles and excitement!

Stacey has been working at Totspot since the doors opened back in 2016. She spends most of her spare time at the chilly hockey arena with her oldest son and when she isn’t there, she enjoys camping with her family. Stacey has 2 boys, Bentley and Trey who have been a part of the Totspot family since they were 1. Stacey loves being at Totspot and knowing that she had a part of teaching each child into the strong individuals they are.

In 2010, Karla graduated with a diploma in Early Learning Education. She then joined the Tot Spot Family in 2016. Karla always knew she wanted to be a teacher and loves all the exploring, learning, and fun you get to have when surrounded by children. Karla is committed to creating and maintaining an environment where children can grow and thrive while exploring the world around them.

Jenn is originally from Nova Scotia where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Acting followed by her Bachelor of Education for Elementary. She has loved joining the Tot Spot Family and it has made the transition from the east coast to west coast warm and welcoming. She enjoys working with children and seeing how they discover and learn things for the very first time. She now has 2 little girls, Layla and Blake.

Megan grew up in a small town and has always had a passion for working with children. She absolutely loves watching children grow and meet their milestones. She has been working with children for 9 years and wouldn’t want to work in any other field.

Kayli has been working in the early learning and childcare field since 2014. She has always had a passion for working with children and was thrilled to join the Tot Spot Team in 2019.

Kaily is still continuing her education and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
